Black Gold ltd is a locally registered Oil Marketing Company founded in the year 1978. The company is a subsidiary of Gold Group of companies. Black Gold Limited is a fast growing company, gaining popularity and personal strength from its experienced team members.

In the near future the company aims to buy a depot in Dar es Salaam and also intends to construct another depot in Tanga. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we believe that our success will depend entirely on the service we provide to our valuable customers.

In a relatively short period of time, the company has managed to penetrate into the oil industry in Tanzania, and has proved successful in serving many private service stations within Tanzania as well as expanding its operations in neighbouring Zambia and Congo. The company has its own filling stations in Dar es Salaam, Makambaku, Mbeya, Tukuyu and Songwe. More regions are in the pipeline.

The company currently imports and stores its products on hospitality basis with other Oil marketing companies in the country. The bridging of the product is done by the companies own fleet of tanker trucks which are fitted with the state of art tracking equipment including the GSM radio system. The vehicles also haul transit fuel to the neighbouring countries.
